In Spilimbergo it will feel natural to take a slow and careful walk through its ancient streets, to touch medieval and Renaissance riches that testify to a fertile era of culture and spirit. Pause then inside the Cathedral with the imposing frescoes of San Cristoforo and in front of the nearby Castle, then continue to the current Town Hall, where you can enjoy an unparalleled view of the Tagliamento riverbed and the rest of Friuli.

The abundance of culture and art soon gives way to another wealth, that of nature and its infinite biodiversity. After crossing the Cosa stream and traversing a vast agricultural landscape, you will reach Vivaro, the center of the Magredi, a rare and precious place, unique in Italy. Here you will find yourself in a true Asian steppe within the European continent, an echo of those boundless expanses stretching from Mongolia across all of Eurasia. You will immediately feel something special, understanding that this is a privileged space for contemplation and meditation, where you can admire endemic blossoms and savor the silence of a still wild nature, just steps away from modernity.
