La Mère Boitier

Start in front of Tramayes château (place du Champ de Foire). Go down the D22 and turn right towards Le Carillon and Champvent (view of the Valouzin valley). Reach the last houses in the hamlet.
Leave the road for the grassy path that climbs towards the D45; cross it and join the route de la Mère Boitier. After 150 m, turn right onto the Chemin de Trailles, which leads to the car park.
Reach the summit (orientation table). Climb back down and take the road down through the undergrowth. At the crossroads, turn right towards La Fougère along the wide gravel path. Before this hamlet, turn left onto the D45.
Follow the D45 for around 100 metres to the car park; here, turn right onto a dirt track that climbs through a pine forest, then descends to the pastures. Go right down into the valley, then turn left to reach La Chanale (J.B. Duport cross). At this cross, turn right onto the road, then the path leading to Bourgogne. Continue straight ahead for approximately 300 m.
Turn right onto a grassy track, then follow the D22 to the right as far as the village of Saint-Point. Opposite the road leading to the church and château, turn left towards Chagny. In the hamlet, turn left up the track towards the upper part of the campsite; cross it to the lake.
Walk alongside the lake past a refreshment stand, then turn right up to Mont. Before the last houses, turn right onto a grassy track until you reach a crossroads.
Take the right-hand path up to Bernachon. Continue along the road as far as the fork; fork left to reach the Berthier cross.
Turn left (GR ® 76 path). The route winds through woods and meadows until it reaches the D213; follow it for 100 m to the left.
Turn right onto the path leading to Combe au Ciel. Descend as far as Les Ardillats, then turn left towards Tramayes.
