Winter hiking trail via Weißach - Bad Rain - Hündle

From the train station, walk south over the pedestrian bridge of the B 308 towards Weißach. Follow the Weißachstraße for a short distance before turning right onto Aurel-Stadler-Weg. Past the Mondi holiday club, a cleared path leads along the edge of the forest down to the Weißach district.

Opposite the Weißach mill, turn into Sennereiweg. Follow this until the cleared residential street turns into a groomed track. It leads uphill through the forest to the refreshment stop in Bad Rain. Those who wish can return directly to the station from there.

All others continue eastwards to Hündle (with a refreshment stop). Or cross the tracks at Hinterstaufen beforehand and, after a short ascent, follow the cleared hiking trail on the right around the Staufen back to the starting point at the train station.
