The terrain cure path has been physiologically and bioclimatically examined by the German Weather Service. As an easy route, it relieves the body thanks to a low-stimulus environment and small elevation differences. The terrain cure is a gentle form of exercise therapy and a component of climate therapy.
The route starts in Gmund at the Volksfestplatz. It leads towards Osterberg, then turns right and crosses the main road to the district of Gasse. Along the way, you can enjoy wonderful views of the lake and soon turn right again down to the water. Along the shore of Lake Tegernsee, the route goes to Gmund Seeglas and back to the starting point at the parking lot.
