The harbour for the passenger ships of the "White Fleet", which call at numerous places on Lake Constance, is located on the lakeside promenade. A must for all visitors to Friedrichshafen is the Zeppelin Museum with its world's largest collection on the history of airship travel. A visit to the 22-metre-high observation tower on the harbour pier is also worthwhile. Also on the waterfront: the car ferry to Switzerland, the gondola and yacht harbour of the Württemberg Yacht Club and the demonstration harbour of the "Interboot" trade fair.
With the lake on your left, follow the shore to Graf-Zeppelin-Haus.
Route: Eastern Uferstraße - harbour station - Count Zeppelin House - Schlosshorn.
Route length: from the harbour station to Graf-Zeppelin-Haus 1 km, from the end point of the Eastern Uferstraße to the former castle harbour 2.5 km.
