You start in the historic center of Geschwend. The old Black Forest houses here are over 400 years old. Along the Prägbach stream, you roll easily up to Präg to then start the long climb to Herrenschwand. Once at the top, you are rewarded with a great view of the Feldberg and one of the quietest places in the High Black Forest. Those who are hungry or want to spend a few nights up here will find the Hotel Waldfrieden perfect. Afterwards, you follow the old Fuchswaldstrasse to Tiergrüble and then back down to Geschwend.
