Bergchalet Falkenstein Inzell

The Falkenstein mountain chalet is located in the heart of the Inzell holiday resort at approx. 700 metres above sea level.

The chalet offers upscale living comfort on two floors for the most beautiful weeks of the year. With its own heated pool (open from April to October, depending on the weather), a spacious Finnish sauna and cosy furnishings with a wood-burning stove, you can relax and unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
The chalet is named after the Falkenstein mountain (1,181 m), which towers directly above Inzell. In May 2024, the Bergchalet Falkenstein was last classified by the German Tourism Association (Deutscher Tourismusverband e.V.) and once again awarded 5 stars.

What you can expect
On the ground floor is the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, book corner, satellite TV with HD+ channels, DAB radio and Blueray player. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, kettle and toaster.
The dining area offers enough space for 6 people. From the bathroom with walk-in shower, you have direct access to the spacious Finnish sauna and one of the two terraces. There is a washer-dryer in another room. The living and dining room leads to the large terrace with pool and the garden.

The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which can be converted into two single beds. Two bedrooms have access to the covered balcony, from which you have an unobstructed view of the mountains.
All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV with HD+ channels and USB ports for charging your mobile phones or tablets. The spacious bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath. There is a towel radiator in each bathroom for quick drying of your towels. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and a towel set consisting of a small towel, a bath towel and a sauna towel will be provided for each person.

Outdoor furniture includes a lounge area with a table, a garden table with comfortable chairs and several sun loungers. One of the terraces has a wave lounger with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The heated pool has an electrically operated wooden pool cover, which can be conveniently opened and closed using an electric remote control. The pool deck can be used as an additional terrace. A Weber kettle barbecue is available for your barbecue evenings.

There are two carports available for your vehicles, approximately 50 metres away. You can store your bicycles safely in the garden shed, where e-bikes can also be charged.

The building is not wheelchair accessible and therefore not suitable for people with limited mobility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

Information for dog owners:
A maximum of two dogs are permitted.
The property is not fenced.
Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the property.

Inzell is the ideal starting point for your activities in both summer and winter. The magnificent Chiemgau Alps are right on your doorstep and are ideal for hiking, mountain biking and mountaineering.
Families will enjoy a visit to the Inzell water park, 300 metres away, with its indoor pool, giant slide, Ottoman sauna area and its own natural swimming lake with 10,000 square metres of water.
The spa gardens with a children's playground and numerous shopping facilities and restaurants complete the wide range of amenities available to our guests.

In winter, cross-country skiers can access trails no. 4 (Außerlandloipe) and no. 9 (illuminated night trail) in the immediate vicinity of the Bergchalet Falkenstein Inzell. Skiing is possible in Inzell on the Kesselalm or at the Pommernlift. Larger ski areas nearby include the Winkelmoosalm/Steinplatte and Lofer ski areas.
