Mölltaler Gletscher

Enjoy the warmth of summer and the pleasure in the snow of winter in about 3.000m above the sealevel. The Mölltal Glacier is Carinthia's only glacier skiing area, with an altitude of up to 3211 meters. Combined with a panoramic view over the Grossglockner, the Großvenediger and the Dolomites, the summer skiing area presents itself in all its glory.

During the summer months (beginning with the 16th of June) there are up to 3 pistes open. The skilifts are daily open from 8am to 2pm (6er Gletscherjet, double chairlift 3000)

For hiking the Mölltaler glacier offers a lot of routes.
The magnificent mountain landscape of the Mölltaler glacier will surprise you with the the wonderfully shiny glacier and the many sparkling mountain lakes. Whether you go hiking in the Alps or to a hut - Flattachs mountains will always attract you in its spell.
