Erlebnisbauernhof - Ottingerhof

On our farm you can stay in our newly build Zirbenapartments, which are made from the characteristic tree of the Nockmountains and Zirbenrooms reduce the stressfactor in us, if you spend one night in this room your heart beats only 23 hours a day.
Enjoy the comfort of a modern accomondation in a rustic style and safe your heart one hour of work per night!

The appartments are compleatly new and they are a combination of cosiness and modern comfort and they promiss a relaxing holiday.
We can offer you a little babybed for your one year old and there is a normal bed for your 2year old child aswell as a doulbe bed in the bedroom. The appartment consits of a bedroom a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwahser, microwave, coffeemashine, kettle... In the livingroom there is Sat/TV and an internetconnection and on the balcony you can enjoy some hours in the sun or you use the Hollywoodschaukel or in the deck chairs on our lawn,there is also a little playground for the kids with a trampolin and there are loads of animals to kuddle(like cats, babyrabbits..)

In the morning we can deliver you freh rolls and also homemade milk and bred if you wish, we also give you the possibility to order catering breakfast where you can choose from 3 different options!

For our little guests we have a playground with a big trampolin as well as many little animals who like to be kuddeled, such as babyrabbitts, cats....
In winter you can reach the slopes, which are behind our farm just in an one minute walk and you can drive to the Kaiserburgbahn with your skies. Crosscountryskiing is possible just after a 3 minutes walk. The Römerbad is only 5 mintues of walking distance away, as are some shops and restaurants.

In summer we have a beautiful lawn with deckchairs and a Hollywood Schaukel and of course there is lots of parking space at the house.
