Avita – suites to relax is located in Val Gardena, a picturesque valley in South Tyrol, in the heart of the Dolomites, consisting of three major towns, Ortisei, S. Cristina and Selva.

Our house was built with attention to detail taking the natural surroundings into account. The traditional Val Gardena spirit blends with the stylish, modern suites, which were furnished by Marcel and Irene.

Avita – suites to relax is situated at 1236m above sea level in the centre of Ortisei, the principal town of Val Gardena. Surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites – a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site – Ortisei is the ideal holiday resort for nature lovers. Nature can be enjoyed at its best both in summer and in winter.

Val Gardena skiing paradise – state-of-the-art lifts and perfectly groomed ski runs for your skiing fun.

DolomitiSuperski and Val Gardena are brand names for winter sports. 1,200km of skiable slopes serviced by 450 ski lifts will guarantee the ultimate skiing experience.

Val Gardena has been designated one of the most beautiful skiing resorts in the world by several internet portals such as “skiresort.de”. Val Gardena’s slopes are directly connected with the ski areas of Alta Badia, Fassa and Arabba, which are all part of the DolomitiSuperski region. Perfect snow conditions, immaculately groomed descents, state-of-the-art lifts combined the delicious South Tyrolean specialities served at the typical slope-side huts make Val Gardena a popular winter resort destination.

Some of the most famous ski routes include Sellaronda (orange or green), Gardena Ronda, Grande Guerra (First World War tour), Ciampac Buffaure, Falzarego with Lagazuoi, 5 Torri and Cortina.
