Perfect location

Perfectly located in a tranquil setting at the base of the Kitzbüheler Horn, my home is your ideal place to spend your holiday in St. Johann in Tirol.
It is a very small Bed & Breakfast (not a Hotel) in the original Austrian Tirol style, run by me along with the help of a cleaning fairy.

• For the winter visitor, we are right at the base of the ski slopes and a very short walk to the main cable car (Harschbichl Gondola).
• For the summer visitor, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with the feel of being close to nature with the occasional sightings of our mountain deer grazing in the pasture close by.
• Within a 5 minute walk to the village centre where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and retail stores.
• Free WIFI throughout the house.

Rooms

All our rooms (approx.. 20m²) are comfortably furnished in an Austrian style with a double bed (French twin – double base set with 2 single mattresses and separate single duvets) with an en-suite bathroom facility with a shower and toilet as well as towels and a hairdryer

Some rooms can be family rooms (approx.. 23m²) with a single or double sleeper couch.

All our rooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s with satellite TV.

Rooms with balconies are very limited but there is a lovely garden with a terrace for you to relax outdoors.

Rooms are serviced every 2nd day for stays of at least 3-nights and towels will be changed on the 3rd day for stays of at least 6-nights.

Culinary

Our continental breakfast is served buffet-style in our cosy breakfast room at 2 sittings namely, 7.15-8.15am or 8.30-9.30am, and consists of a variety of cereals, yoghurts, breads, bread-rolls, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, jams, orange juice and a choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

•Up to 3 Weeks prior to arrival: 30% of the total price
•Up to 2 Weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
•Up to 1 Week prior to arrival: 75% of the total price
