Appartement Montana

Our newly built house is conveniently located at the heart of the picture-book Ötztal mountains, in the foothills of Wildspitze peak. It makes a wonderful spot for all those in search of rest and relaxation. Spend the most beautiful time of the year in our cozy and comfortably equipped holiday apartments amid the scenic mountaineers and winter sports village of Vent.

All modern comforts are at your disposal in our family-friendly apartment house:
Both apartments are facing the south with large sunbathing balconies. Thanks to splendid floor-to-ceiling windows you can indulge in the fantastic views of the Ötztal mountain peaks while sitting on the sofa. Ski storage and drying room for sports equipment, heated boot drier, wireless internet access, ample parking area next to the house. In the neighboring house "Zirmhof" you can use the Finnish sauna and the solarium on prior arrangement.

The apartments are fully equipped and the bedrooms are prepared with freshly laundered sheets and covers. Towels and bath towels are provided as well. There is nothing to do but relax and unwind from the minute you arrive. All bedrooms are extremely quiet as they face the mountain slopes. Therefore a good night's sleep is almost guaranteed.

Our Apartments

Apartment I is a homey and conveniently equipped holiday home sleeping 2 to 4 persons. Size: approx. 45 m².

The apartment offers:
•one double room
•bathroom with shower and hairdryer
•separate WC
•living room with pull-out sofa bed
•fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop with 4 cooking zones, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, kettle,...)
•large south-facing balcony
•the double room also features one extra bed for the fifth person

Apartment II is a spacious holiday home sleeping 2 to 6 persons.
The open ceiling space is paneled with natural pine wood, creating a very cozy ambience in your home away from home. Size: approx. 60 m².

•a second double room with private shower and WC
•living room with pull-out sofa bed
