The Dachsteinrunde Experience (formerly "Black Variant") is only recommended for physically and technically skilled mountain bikers. The MTB trails are perfectly marked, but in between, some carrying and pushing passages await the mountain biker. Long daily stages on a mountain bike holiday demand endurance and determination. This variant of the Dachsteinrunde offers additional loops with extra altitude meters.
Always wear a helmet and suitable clothing.
Only ride on paved and signposted paths.
Pay attention to traffic at intersections and road crossings! Be considerate and give right of way.
Avoid blocking the rear wheel and thus help preserve the paths.
Control your speed downhill!
Protect the environment and do not leave any litter, etc. in the mountains!

Via Filzmoos state road to the parking lot opposite the gas station.
By post bus line 521 to the stop "Filzmoos Ortsmitte".
Parking available opposite the "Leikermoser" gas station.
The Dachstein mountain bike route - Dachstein Experience - is closed due to logging work until October 20, 2022, from Neuberg towards Lungötz.
