Peaceful today, this corner of Picardy land has become an essential stop on the Circuit of Remembrance.
From the parking lot, head towards Saint-Martin Church which has a war memorial in its right pillar. On your way to the hamlet of Saint-Pierre-Divion, you will find one of the many cemeteries of the British Empire. The route then takes you near the Ulster Tower, honoring the fallen Irish soldiers. Then pass between the ponds, the Authuille wood, and cross the Haie wood before returning to Thiepval.
