Our comfortable house is in quiet sunny situation,
with free look at the surrounding meadows and the Zillertaler mountain world.

The flats in our house have a base between 60 and 70 m ² exists of two bedrooms, a big living space with television, radio and Internet connection, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, field Cerankoch, baking pipe with hot air, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and espresso machine as well as a corner seat with table for up to 6 people. Bathroom with hair foehn, double wash basin and shower and towel dryer. WC is in two flats seperat. Not to forget the generous balcony with a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains and the ski area Hochzillertal.

Stumm is in the heart of the Zillertals!
The SKI CENTRE HOCHZILLERTAL-HOCHFÜGEN (1.5 km away) counts particularly because of the high snowy security to the top to skiing areas in the Zillertal. You bring the most modern lift arrangements up to 2500-m sea, very well preserved runways, snowboard park, illuminated and snow-covered valley departure (with postskiing) guarantee a maximum in snowy fun for all runway tigers.
In summer countless footpaths and bicycle routes invite to sporty activity. The anew established outdoor swimming pool with swimming pond lies only in few walking minutes from us. The pleasure is protected for Largely and Small!
