Die Preise im B&B verstehen sich pro Person und Tag im Doppelbettzimmer.
Der Preis für die FeWo ist der Wohnungspreis je Anzahl der Personen.

PRICING INFORMATION
Prices are per person per day (including VAT), for accommodation in a double room and buffet breakfast. The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 1.90 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.

SUPPLEMENTS & REDUCTIONS
Surcharge for single room: 30 % of the price (on request)
Short stays of up to 3 nights: 20 % supplement

Discounts for children in the same room as two adults
up to age 1 | € 10 per day
up to age 4 | -50 %
from age 4 to 8 | -30 %
from age 8 to 18 | -20 %

DEPOSIT
The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30 % of the total price.

CANCELLATION
Bookings can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.
You will receive a voucher to the value of your deposit (30 % of the total price), which you can redeem within 2 years.
For cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice, no show, late arrival or early departure, you will be charged the total cost of your stay.
In any event, we advise you to take out trip cancellation insurance. We recommend Europäische Stornoschutz

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your room will be available from 2 pm. on your day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 7 pm., please inform us by phone. The room should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
