Our small and friendly bed & breakfast is located amidst green meadows, and surrounded by traditional farms on the sunny side between Zell am See and Kaprun.
All 3 of the top ski regions in our magnificent mountain world are right on the doorstep – the "Kitzsteinhorn" glacier, "Maiskogel" family ski region, "Schmittenhöhe" mountain for sports enthusiasts and the "Nagelköpfel" adventure mountain.

In both summer and winter the hiking and walking trails invite you to come and discover the incomparable mountain and lakeside scenery, along with the animals and plants of the Upper Tauern National Park. There are also countless sporting activities available.

The Tauern Spa Kaprun, open air pools and swimming lakes offer a wide range of leisure and wellness opportunities.

Our lovingly furnished A`nette bed & breakfast offers our guests a cosy lounge with fireplace, light bedrooms, family suites and apartments, sauna, terrace, sunbathing and play area, and a large, secure car park. A healthy and varied breakfast buffet, along with a comprehensive evening menu in winter (also for vegetarians and vegans) round off the holiday from a culinary perspective.
